Ementi started working with nonprofits in the late 90’s for Triton College Foundation in River Grove, IL. In the last several years Ementi has been involved in helping build the Automotive Collision Industry (ACI) by helping start state associations. His focus is always on education for others through events like trade shows or clinics. After several years of supporting his daughters playing at the club level, he felt there was a better way to help families afford women’s sports like lacrosse. So, after talking with his wife Tina (CEO) they decided to start a Foundation to do just that.
